The information on the website is not updated. I do not recommend. Poor service. A waste of time and nerves. Unreliable delivery. I will look for alternatives. Disappointed.

My aunt just sent a picture of the envelope with our CORRECT address on it. Yet it says ANK (address not known) which we’ve lived here for 5 years now, never had an issue until October and on. Our house is over 100 years old. I’m not sure what is going on, but I’m waiting on important things and I’m sure it’s not coming because someone at the post office/mail carrier is messing up. It’s getting ridiculous.
