Just moved to odin. Did the change of address even got informed delivery set up and verified about a week ago. First package was my daughters 14th birthday present and was set to arrive 2 days ago but the postal worker returned it to sender without even checking to see if anyone lived here. It said out for delivery and we watched for it all day. No postal worker even stopped at the house. It updated the tracking at the end of the day and all it said was vacant, returned to sender. You literally had one job. Way to fail.

Horrible. Doesn't matter if you have a PO or a mailbox, your mail is going to get sent to the wrong house , hopefully you have honest neighbors

The only reason I'm giving this a 1 is because I have to. I am currenlty living out of state and had something sent to my parents house, and they sent the package to be destroyed because I no longer lived there without warning or leaving a note at the house. Also she didn't scan the package to be tracked once it was received or sent out. They pretty much told me whatever I spent on it I was out of luck and there was nothing I could to. I was told this lady had done it before also, so thats a bit ridiculous. They also weren't going to call and told me they were waiting on a call back to see what had happened, I just continued to call until I got to the bottom of it. This is what I call terrible customer service.
