I informed her I do not remember, and she stated that they sent it back because they only hold the packages for a certain number of days. I was not informed or probably didn't read the fine print when I purchased a digital PMB. Since I am paying for a digital box, why would my packages be sent back? I could have been out of town on business/vacation, etc. I asked her to check their system to see if I picked up the package, because I do not remember. There was an actual UPS worker there and he showed her how to verify if I picked it up. Come to find out they never took it out the system as being received by the customer. A courtesy text or call would be nice to let you know that you have until a certain day to pick up your package.
