  The staff lady is very confrontational aggressive basically ready to attack anyone at anytime. its very uncomfortable to say the least. I avoid this location.

  Think twice of leaving your packages at this location 7061 West North Ave Oak Park, IL 60302. We dropped off a package 3 weeks that was supposed to be delivered to a phone company. Come to find out phone company didn't receive it. We started to investigate what happened to the package. Our drop off package receipt shows location of drop off, date and time and it was weighted at 0.65 lbs. Looked into the website of UPS and it states it was dropped off at Franklin, Park hmm🤔 fishy. Receipt states otherwise and that the package was damaged the following day. Hmmm fishy. UPS says don't make a police report until tomorrow. UPs says they are doing a investigation. We will wait to tomorrow. Not only we are going to make a police. We are also calling the phone company to track it. If it doesn't get resolved. There will be further steps.

  I’ve been coming here for years! I’ve even learned most of their names and they also remember me. The staff is always friendly and understanding. They help with instructions if needed and give better alternatives for future returns. A location that’s always worth going to. Not because of convenience but because the staff make you feel welcome and important. That’s quite an experience for “just a return”.
