  Unsanitary! They don’t even wipe off the machines, the copier the faxes there’s nothing but fingerprints on them! Ew! Like people get sick please clean and sanitize down your surface! Tables in unclean, floor not vacuumed. The store is not that busy somebody in the meantime could be cleaning it up. It’s not very impressionable on someone coming in to do business.Someone should be cleaning the copiers after each use! Unsanitary

  I came into the store to pick up labels I had already ordered online, and it took over 45 minutes just to receive items that were supposedly ready at 11:00 AM. There was only one customer ahead of me, and their request was very simple, yet it still took over 15 minutes for the associate to return to her workstation after being requested multiple times. Meanwhile, the manager was at the checkout counter engaged in a casual conversation with the cashier and two other customers instead of helping those of us waiting. Even when I finally received my items and went to the register, they were still having that same casual conversation. The lack of urgency, attention, and professionalism is unacceptable—especially when customers are spending their money and expecting timely service.

  Can l came in to pick up a package from ups and I was in line where you pick up only from staples. 15 minutes in line waiting after 10 minutes one of the cashiers said she'd be with me in a few and there was this white bald guy having a full on conversation with a guest didn't acknowledge me just taking about his band. Finally I was told I was in the wrong line. They could've told me that at the beginning!!! No customer service at all! The guy at ups pick up said they were short handed but that bald had time to have a good long conversation and show pictures from his phone!!! I will never ever come here or have send anything here to get picked up. I left one star because I can't do anything less and it's dirty too!!! This is the one on 96th and Cicero

  I went to return an Amazon order. Chris insisted he only needed to scan 1 barcode for the return even though I was returning 2 different items. He assured me that the other barcodes automatically generate. Few hours later, I get a refund on 1 return but not the other. I contact Amazon and they said the code never got scanned. After calling the location, Mickey and the other representative both hung up the phone on me and kept putting me on hold in the middle of me speaking. When I got back to the store to see why my return hasn’t been initiated, I had to wait 30 min while they can find my package. Then Mickey tells me the GM Jeremy was there. I asked to speak with Jeremy and he showed no interest in what I had to say, telling me he just recently took over this store. Overall nobody cares at this location and will give you dirty looks when you tell them that they made a mistake. Definitely take your business elsewhere.
