I was greeted by a lovely lady (I wish I had gotten her name!) who was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Even though their photo machine was out of service, she calmly suggested we go to the nearest Walgreens to get passport photos and return to complete the paperwork. The entire appointment took less than 15 minutes, and everything felt smooth and organized. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Truly great customer service! HIghly recommended! I brought my three kids in for their passport applications (after making an appointment online a completing the paperwork ahead of time) and the process was so fast and easy. So much easier than I was expecting. The employee who helped us was very sweet and welcoming to my children. I have also visited this location many times for work related items and it has always been great friendly experiences.
