  I went to return an Amazon order. Chris insisted he only needed to scan 1 barcode for the return even though I was returning 2 different items. He assured me that the other barcodes automatically generate. Few hours later, I get a refund on 1 return but not the other. I contact Amazon and they said the code never got scanned. After calling the location, Mickey and the other representative both hung up the phone on me and kept putting me on hold in the middle of me speaking. When I got back to the store to see why my return hasn’t been initiated, I had to wait 30 min while they can find my package. Then Mickey tells me the GM Jeremy was there. I asked to speak with Jeremy and he showed no interest in what I had to say, telling me he just recently took over this store. Overall nobody cares at this location and will give you dirty looks when you tell them that they made a mistake. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

  I created an online order for printing materials for work. The process to create and upload the documents was straightforward and easy for me to complete online. I chose a noon pick up but time got away from me and I came to the store around 8:10pm. I didn’t know the store was closed!! I thought it closed at 9pm and I was devastated because I literally needed this in order to do a workshop the next day. Matt the angel opened the door and after sharing my story and how much trouble I’d be in he saved the day and gave me the documents, perfectly printed by the way, and my job was saved! The customer service is what will make me come back!

  Was having the worst day ever & the last place I wanted to end it was at an office supply store. Who would have guessed that it would actually turn things around. Mickey was beyond amazing. He was able to help me with a variety of things I needed to do there. Great vibe & fantastic employee!!! Highly recommend this location if even to get great help.

  Love Staples. Printing services at Staples far exceed its competitors. Pricing for office supplies at Staples is very competitive, and best of all, the service provided by staff is wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

  This location is always a hit or miss. When I deal with Mickey I know my sewing patterns will be printed with no problem. Ashley however, will always have an excuse as to why she can not print my sewing patterns on multiple occasions. She wanted to send my order to corporate for printing claiming that they didn't have paper. I asked when would they have paper, and she said a week. I agreed to wait, because corporate would take 2 weeks. She called me a week later still claiming not to have the right size paper. Ashley pushes refunds all the time. Mickey seems to be the only competent employee when it comes to the printing department. Ill have to start going to the Roosevelt location, im over it
