FedEx office print& ship center 4710 w 95th St, Oak Lawn,IL 60453 I visited the store to ship a package using my FedEx Business Account. Upon entering the store, the employee behind the counter did not greet me or acknowledge me in a professional manner. Instead, she communicated only through commands, instructing me to confirm on the computer that the package did not contain hazardous or flammable materials, and ordering me to place the package on the scale. Her tone and manner were rude and authoritative, making me feel as though I was being spoken to in a military-style environment rather than as a valued customer. Due to this behavior, I requested to speak with the store manager. Unfortunately, the manager was dismissive of my concerns and stated that the employee had done nothing wrong. He showed no interest in addressing the issue or improving customer service, which gave me the clear impression that customer experience was not a priority at this location. As a result of the lack of professionalism and respect, I felt uncomfortable continuing the transaction, so I took my package and left the store. I would also like to emphasize that this is the second time I have experienced similar treatment at this location. I am a business customer and expect a basic level of courtesy, respect, and professionalism when using FedEx services. I hope this matter will be reviewed seriously and that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure better customer service in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

All he cares about is getting paid and benefits. They talk to you like they are in the army. People who come is cause they have no choice.
