I visited the local post office to inquire about the status. During this visit, I experienced unprofessional and dismissive treatment from one of the employees. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and made several irrelevant personal comments, including stating where she lives (Oak Forest), which had no bearing on the issue. She repeatedly emphasized that “all mail is important,” which came across as dismissive of my specific concern. The mail carrier who was called over insisted that he had delivered the package to my address. When I explained that I had not received it, he then stated that he may have “missed delivered” it. The employee snapped her fingers and stated that the item would be “redelivered,” without any further explanation, documentation, or apology. I am concerned that this may indicate a deliberate misdelivery or potential theft of the package, given the significant value of the item ($1,500) and the conflicting statements provided

There has been a case open for over a month with no answers. Based on the tracking it looks like it never left the USPS in Oak Forest.
