Well when i called about the package because i never recieved it they told me that sometimes the carrier scans a package delievered before delivering so to wait till end of day to see if it comes. Well the package was supposably delievered at 9:43 am. Well it never delievered so i went to the office to see what going on. They had me wait there for 15 minutes to claim they have it tracked to my house and was delievered they took my name and number down to speak to supervisor. About 2 hours later i get a call and the supervisor than swears up and down it was delievered to my house and the driver delievered only 2 packages to houses that day than told me that the information the person gave me on the phone was not valid that she didnt know where i came up with such information. So i told her that the lady who answers the phones told me thi. She than told me she would check with the driver and call me back. Well i never got a call back i never got my package and also got terrible customer service and was told there was nothing they could do about the MISTAKE they had made. They pretty much didnt believe me that my package never came as i was watching my mailbox all day and the package was delievered to the opposite side of my street from what my package tracker was telling me and they didnt seem to care just told me they didnt know how i was tracking the package when i tried showing them on my phone they had no interest. I will be going to the better business burral as i am out 100 dollar shoes i waited a month for and our mail service mistaked addresses or something. I dont understand why they couldnt givr me the address they delievered it to or the fact they deliever mail everyday to my house so no reason to mix up am address...very unhappy and will be file complaints until i get my package or money back.
- SBShari BremerJan 14, 20191.0Another example of the horrible customer service of Oak Forest postal office. Went in to buy rolls of stamps for the office 1st this morning as they opened. The clerk stated they are out of rolls of stamps. Go figure, a US post office out of stamps! This would only happen in Oak Forest. I don't know why I keep punishing myself by coming here.
