  Lisa, I want to thank Tania, Jane and Pam for outstanding service and for going above and beyond to get a difficult file closed on a Friday afternoon. This file was scheduled to close at 1pm, on Friday, July 18, but the lender decided to change things up and to do a remote closing with a remote notary instead and without notice to anyone until the morning of closing. Tania was able to pivot and to set the remote closing for 3pm. As we were getting ready to close, I received a call that the movers were unloading the seller's possessions and placing them in front of the door to the property because they had not been paid. The buyers would not close until the Seller's furniture was loaded on to the truck. A lot of scrambling was done and the truck was loaded but the closing did not start until 4:30pm (again, this was Friday afternoon). Tania stayed late to get this closed with assistance from Jane and Pam who had to make changes to the master closing statement and get it to me to Docusign while I was attending my niece's wedding in Wisconsin. They were able to get it closed and stayed late to make sure that checks and documents went out that evening. I can't thank them enough for putting in the extra time to get the deal closed. This is one of the many reasons why I love working with Burnet and why I am now giving all of my business to Burnet. Outstanding employees who go above and beyond for their clients.   I have been using and working with Burnet Title for many years. They are very professional, responsive and their costs are very reasonable, much lower than some other title companies out there. But the best part of Burnet is our account executive Gina Jordanov. She is absolutely the best! Gina is so sweet, very helpful, knowledgeable and always on top of things. If you ever need help she takes care of everything right away. Also, their closers are wonderful, especially Tania Kibort. She goes way and beyond to accommodate my client's schedule for closings and is always so pleasant, professional and helpful. I can not say good enough things about Burnet Title.
