I swear these people hate their jobs and their lives. They're right up there with the Belleville DMV. It's like they all go out of their way to be rude.

Coming solely from a package shipping user perspective I would never willingly choose USPS to ship anything and this location is a textbook example of unhelpful government programs and employees. I have a small clothing return I need to make and they provided me a label so I had to use USPS. I expected to have to buy a box at the post office, but they can’t print my label so I go next door to the library to print it. I come back with the label, the box, and the item and the guy says they can’t let me use tape to box it up. Great thanks man. Compare that to UPS a few miles away, I can go in without a box, they scan my phone for the label, and I’m out in 12 seconds. Can’t wait for DOGE to eliminate the post office.

Honestly I have had terrible experiences here. Haven’t gone here much but everytime I do if I take prepaid mail to the counter they have an attitude and say it needs to go in the drop box. It’s my right if I want to wait and hand it to them/ if I need a receipt showing it’s been dropped off. No other post office in the area ever has a problem with it. Also no after hours access to a drop box or your P.O. Boxes like some other post offices in the area have. 10/10 do not recommend coming to this location unless you absolutely have to.
