I am pretty upset as I never really thought I would get treated like this.

When I told them forms are supposed to available, received blank stare. Wanted to charge me 6.95 to ship large envelope, when screen gave me option for 1.07. Said my envelope was a large package. Seems they didn't like me telling them they should have the forms.
