    Working with Phil was one of the best decisions I’ve made for our sales team. We already had a strong, high-performing group that consistently exceeded goals, but what drew me to Phil was his concept of catching the bigger fish. I booked his FOCIS Selling workshop with the hope of stretching our team’s thinking—and I am so glad I did. Phil was absolutely phenomenal. The FOCIS Selling workshops were engaging, practical, and immediately actionable. He didn’t just deliver content—he partnered with us by helping us develop a stronger sales process. As part of his program, he even coached us through a few real deals. I can’t tell you how valuable it was to be able to call him, bounce ideas around, and refine our approach in real time. Less than a year later, our team closed one of the largest deals our sales team has ever brought into the company—$5.3 million.     I've taken a few sales training "courses" over the years and the FOCIS class is by-far the highest-quality experience I've had. I saw the results after the first session, which speaks to the instructor's ability to provide the right amount of information that's helpful at the right time. I've been using the FOCIS system on a daily basis in two different businesses and been pleased with the results. Highly recommend for anyone looking to become a more valuable business developer.

    FOCIS Consultative Selling taught me to change my sales behavior and for the first time, become a true consultant through their techniques: -Focus on my customers. -Discover their challenges, the cost of those challenges, and prioritize based on their most pressing needs. -Ultimately, provide the best opportunities to improve their processes, improve their performance and become a long term partner. My improved performance results were immediate after the first training: -I went from the training in January to becoming the top seller within the organization by the end of the year. -My number of appointments doubled. After the second training, my sales acumen increased even more, to become a full consultant, solidified my standing as a top seller of technology, and eventually become a manager: -My close ratio of deals doubled -The size of my deals closed increased by 50% I highly recommend Phil Krone and the FOCIS training and consultative process of Productive Strategies to sales persons and people in any field looking to improve their people skills and processes.
