- MMmoto motorSep 9, 20251.0I would like to express my deep disappointment with the quality of service I experienced at this post office during my passport application appointment. I had a scheduled appointment from 3:00 pm to 3:15 pm. However, the clerk began the process late and, by 3:10 pm, stated that she would not continue accepting documents. As a result, the application process was abruptly stopped without valid justification. Furthermore, my Application for a U.S. Passport was rendered invalid simply because one field (Item 20 — Emergency Contact) was left incomplete at the time of submission. Instead of allowing me to promptly provide the missing information, the clerk was rude and refused to proceed. Such conduct is unacceptable, particularly toward customers who arrive on time with a scheduled appointment and expect a reasonable level of professionalism and respect. I respectfully request that measures be taken to improve service quality and that appropriate corrective actions be implemented with the staff involved.

Our family of 4 got it all done in less than an hour and the young lady doing the paperwork and taking the pictures was very nice and helpful. Again everyone's experience will vary and at such a busy place, but can't complain!

Called asked to give parcel to a friend (signature required, but she would have copy of my driver's licence), they refused. Now don't even know how and when I would be able to pick up that parcel.. they work during my working hours. Not helpful at all.
