    Terrible service. Hopefully the item isn't broken due to just throwing my package, even though it states fragile, handle with care. If it arrives broken, FedEx will be refunding me (i doubled boxed this item), no reason why an employee just throws your package. Thats why things arrive damaged due to irresponsible employees who just don't care.

    This location continues to be a disappointment every single time I come here. I truly wish there was a different FedEx location in the area so I could avoid this one. They’re never staffed, always extremely rude to the people that walk in and continue to have 1 person work when there’s lines of 5-7+

    FedEx office locations are usually great, this one wouldn’t help me do a very simple task. I needed to purchase 2 sheets of blue cardstock to use their self service printers for printing, something I’ve done at other locations for years. They told me I couldn’t use any paper in the self service machines aside from what’s already in there because it’ll damage the machines. That’s simply not true, but no sense in arguing the claim. Was told if I wanted to purchase the blue cardstock, I’d have to let them print it for me and would also be charged the additional service fee since it’s not self service at that point. Either sell me the paper and let me use the cardstock in self service as every other FedEx location has before, or don’t charge me the service fee for a job that takes 2 minutes if you aren’t able to accommodate a simple request. I shouldn’t be required to pay a service fee/premium just because I need to print 2 sheets on an alternate paper type.
