- EOEmre OzturkFeb 10, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at this FedEx location. I brought in a package with a prepaid label, fully ready to ship. The box had a small tear that did not affect the integrity of the shipment, yet the employee immediately refused it and insisted I purchase a new box. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. On a previous visit, I felt pushed into buying an overpriced box for a shipment that could have gone out as-is. It feels less like customer service and more like upselling. Instead of helping find a simple solution, the employee showed no effort to assist and dismissed the shipment outright. I then went to another FedEx location, where the staff simply reinforced the box with tape and shipped it without any problem. That’s all it took. Because of this, I lost over an hour of my time for something that should have been handled in minutes. Basic problem-solving and a willingness to help customers go a long way. I hope management takes a closer look at the service being provided at this branch.

- CKChristine KaputJan 2, 20261.0Terrible service. Hopefully the item isn't broken due to just throwing my package, even though it states fragile, handle with care. If it arrives broken, FedEx will be refunding me (i doubled boxed this item), no reason why an employee just throws your package. Thats why things arrive damaged due to irresponsible employees who just don't care.
