    Do not go with Allstate. I signed up for roadside service and had a tow due to an accident. Was told to submit my receipt for up to $150 reimbursement. I did that and was denied due to my name not being on the receipt. The receipt has the license plate of the insured vehicle that has roadside assistance. It had the date of the tow that coincides with the date of the accident claim. Theres absolutely no reason to deny this except greed. I asked to speak to a higher up manager and was denied. 10 days ago I emailed the customer care email (that will probably respond below this review) and gave them the receipt and all the information and there is no response. I bundle my house and two cars with this company and they don’t have the courtesy to respond and deny a $150 reimbursement for a tow. Unbelievable. First chance I get I’m dumping this company because they are absolutely unprofessional crooks.

    I just received a phone call from Case Manager Ladonna. I have never been talked to socridely and unprofessionally. She wouldn't even let me explain my situation with my Allstate insurance. This is who you hire to resolve a difficulty? She was so condescending and rude. I hope to never, ever get Allstate insurance. She is not a good representation of this company.

    Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ If you’re thinking about choosing Allstate, don’t. My experience has been a nightmare since September, and it’s still unresolved. Here’s what happened: • Allstate’s contractors broke my kitchen sink, which started months of chaos. • My kitchen and living room have been under renovation for over three months. • Instead of restoring my home properly, Allstate wants to install mismatched countertops because the original sink is no longer available. That’s not acceptable. • They sent my cabinets out to be rebuilt, and they came back damaged—adding even more delays. • To make matters worse, Allstate stopped our weekly meal reimbursements, claiming their boss had “questions about us eating a lot of steak dinners.” This comment is not only unprofessional—it’s insulting. The impact: My home has been in disarray for months. The stress, inconvenience, and lack of accountability from Allstate are shocking. Insurance should provide peace of mind—not create hardship. Bottom line: Allstate needs to take responsibility, restore my home to its original condition, and stop passing judgment on how we feed our family during a disruption they caused. Until then, I strongly advise others to avoid Allstate.

    They lie through there teeth. Luckily I was able to get the state of Illinois involved and they got caught lying to them. Will never consider Allstate for anything. I will share my experience with everyone.

    Very unprofessional, went to another insurance provider because my Auto Rates literally went $247 for no reason. In just 6 months . Also , my homeowners went up as well not nearly as much but like $127 the reason on the homeowners was my Taxes went up. Ok, well my taxes went up like $39 FOR THE YEAR so my homeowners for 6 months of coverage went up $127 ??? But ok the Homeowners at lease backdated me back to my new Policy effective date. I made The assumption that my New carrier would send the an information of Disconnect letter. I guess That’s not the case. 🤷‍♂️anyway no harm no foul as far the homeowners goes. It was backdated from 11/16/25 to 10/1/25 I was given a disconnect email lickety split done sweet lady quick and precise. Already received my refund check. AUTO SIDE . Both Keenan & supervisor Norma were Very Unprofessional and gave Zero help. Seemed like corporate YES people who do not care about customers just the almighty $$ they bring in. Not only would they NOT backdate it for 1 Single month . They said instead of a refund said I owed THEM for there shitty high priced Coverage. Well, No says I . LOL good Homeowners much to high but at least the customer service was great to deal with AUTO POLICY WITH ALLSTATE AWFUL!! High priced for not as good Of coverage and ZERO HELPFULNESS as customer service goes. Money grubbers is all they are. Sad Sad
