  Jenny was amazing. We were rushing to get a letter notarized, and she answered the phone and got to it before they closed. Really appreciate her help and she has always been amazing! Be here more than once!

  I’ve been coming to this store for many years, and the service has always been excellent. No matter the size of the package I bring in, they are consistently helpful, efficient, and never make the process difficult. They often go above and beyond by helping pack items and get everything ready to go. It’s a truly convenient, full-service location that also offers printing, which makes it even better.   Went there to return a Package to Amazon. The employees at the UPS store. We’re so helpful. I’m not an expert at my phone, but the gentleman there I didn’t ask his name helped me. Immensely he cancel my order and reschedule it through UPS. Let me tell you he was very helpful. Thank you so much. UPS. I didn’t ask his name but if he knows or remembers me, I want to tell him. Thank you so much.

  I’ve lived in the area a long time, have sent packages through this location, and have had a mailbox here for almost a year. I’ve always had great experiences with this location and the staff. Everyone’s been very friendly, and efficient Seriously breaks my heart all the negative reviews 💔
