Came into this location to get a new passport for my 19 month old, and I didn’t realize you needed an appointment. They were very nice and accommodating and were able to squeeze us in.
Pam is an angel - THANK YOU for your kindness and helping us navigate paperwork and a rambunctious toddler.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the lady in front was very rude and had the worst attitude. This post office needs to reevaluate its hiring process.

Came here to get a new passport and front desk lady was so disrespectful. She wasn't even trying to be nice. She spoke so low and had zero energy and then got offended when I didnt understand what she was saying. Such a weird and awkward experience.

Tried to get a passport renewal like the website said (walk-in appointments at the right time). The woman at the front of the counter said "you don't need me for this" and "I don't know how to do renewals." We went to the Cicero location and the man there, Kevin, helped and did it in like five minutes. Do better.
Edit: to be clear the worker was not rude just uninformed. She needs training.

this was the most horrific customer service i had ever experienced. the lady at the desk had zero interest in helping and had the worse attitude i have ever experienced. I took my money to the UPS store where the customer service was much better. There has to be some training given to the girl at the front end to make it more appropriate, seems like she doesnt like her job.
