Briana helped me with getting my passport! She was super kind and made the process so easy! Unfortunately there was a rude customer in there at the same time as me, she handled the customer with grace and much better than I would have!

I already feel anxious coming to this post office due to past rude or dismissive interactions, and unfortunately today was no different.
While a customer was asking a simple question, the clerk appeared disengaged, was leaning back behind the counter, and was wearing what appeared to be an AirPod in her ear. Her responses felt forced, dismissive, and unwelcoming.
I understand everyone has off days, but this interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. A basic level of courtesy and attentiveness should be expected in a public service role. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers can have a better experience.

This was the absolutely worst experience my family has ever had at a government agency! I wish I could rate it a zero. Their website states the walk-in passport hours are on Thursdays between 3-5. My husband showed up at 3:50 pm with our paper work and our two sons:13 and 16. I was meeting them there after work since I knew I needed to be there for the 13 year-old. She said that if I wasn’t there by 4:00, then she would not process the applications, even though they’re open until 5:00. She was extremely condescending and rude.
He asked to start processing the 16 year-old’s application. He had the application, his birth certificate, school ID, drivers permit, and social security card. She told my husband that she would not accept anything but a state ID. I had checked the state government site in advance, and it clearly states that a 16 year-old may show an official drivers permit, school ID and social security card. This woman was so incredibly rude and doesn’t even understand what documents are acceptable. How does a person like this keep their job? I’m planning to make an appointment at the Berwyn post office where all of the post office staff is kind and courteous. DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY BY THEIR INEPT STAFF!
