They were very nice and accommodating and were able to squeeze us in. Pam is an angel - THANK YOU for your kindness and helping us navigate paperwork and a rambunctious toddler.

The woman at the front of the counter said "you don't need me for this" and "I don't know how to do renewals." We went to the Cicero location and the man there, Kevin, helped and did it in like five minutes. Do better. Edit: to be clear the worker was not rude just uninformed. She needs training.

I took my money to the UPS store where the customer service was much better. There has to be some training given to the girl at the front end to make it more appropriate, seems like she doesnt like her job.
