Today, I dropped off a box clearly labeled “FRAGILE.” Despite the label, the employee who received the package scanned it and then dropped it on the floor. This is very disappointing, as the contents are delicate. If any items inside are broken i will file a reimbursement for the losses. ensure all packages, especially fragile ones, are handled with care.
