    The elder lady was giving me attitude until I asked for a notary on a sensitive personal matter & that’s when she wants to be nice to me. Any staff member should be nice to their customers because you never know what silent battles people go through. Do better.

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding the handling of my package at this UPS locations. Today, I dropped off a box clearly labeled “FRAGILE.” Despite the label, the employee who received the package scanned it and then dropped it on the floor. This is very disappointing, as the contents are delicate. If any items inside are broken i will file a reimbursement for the losses. ensure all packages, especially fragile ones, are handled with care.
