- YFYene FAMILYOct 9, 20251.0Mail isn't consistent, I spoke with who might have been the manager there and she's claiming when your pet is outside, they're not taking the chances & more likely not dropping of your mail, which i find crazy since there's a whole bunch of neighbors hood cats and dogs around the area. I been waiting a whole month for my benefit card which I know was send out because I confirmed and everyone else in my employer been received it. I HOPE their support to get things situated was more helpful. I still ain't receiving mail or the card I'm waiting on & I be outside waiting just watching the mail lady pass by with no mail which is surprising. Starting to think their stealing mail or just throwing it away. We should all start making police reports, some don't smell right around here.
