They were out of Christmas stamps but they were apologetic, jolly, and provided an alternative location recommendation.

Not capable of completing a change of address correctly even after multiple visits and conversations with staff. 2 months and my mail is still going to an incorrect address! Even after expressing that is not my address and legally I cannot be opening her mailbox. Extremely disappointing. The told me they would call when I got mail so I could pick up at the post office. NOPE.. they just keep delivering my mail to someone else. 👎

The hours that the desk is available are a big problem for me. I work until 530p and I have a huge problem picking up my packages. There is one employee that is very snotty about my packages and not picking them up fast enough. They should review their hours of service.

Can I leave zero stars? The hours of operation are an issue in their own right. Closing at 4:15.. If a resident of the community works until 4:00 or later then using the post office Mon-Fri is out of the question. Also, the employees act like servicing customers at the counter is a serious inconvenience to them. They need to be enlightened to the fact that they have careers because the community needs a service, & without the people in the community, their service/career is not required. Finally, it seems like a prerequisite of being a postal carrier should be the ability to lift & transport/deliver packages within the USPS shipping weight allowances. This postal location seems to believe that if a package is any inconvenience at all for them to lift or deliver then they can just return it to the P.O. & demand that you come pick it up or have your package returned to sender.
