I brought two boxes inside a larger box to return, and the employee took the items inside but told me he couldn't take the outer box. It’s just a box; be courteous and throw it away with the rest of the packaging I’m sure they discard. There was another younger guy there who was the manager. I asked if they could take the box, and he also said no. When I mentioned it was just a box, he took it but said in a very disrespectful way, 'Calm down, calm down.' He needs to learn how to treat customers, especially if he is the 'manager.' You shouldn't work in customer service if you can't serve people the right way. This place has 3.8 stars, and now I see why.

Spoke with manager and was essentially told tough luck talk to Amazon even though it was staples that did not properly process my return . They dont give return receipts so I have no proof that I gave them my item. Getting police involved now.

They then came said they're going to get a scanner to check our price and availability and then 22 minutes later they show up add another 20 minutes before I can get out the door it's 1 hour to buy a printer... zero product knowledge zero concept of customer service... an overall... shity experience
