I was especially impressed with Isaah who offered to help me get the printer to my car and take the recycled one back into the store. It saved a trip for my husband who was going to arrive to help.

Today, I went to the store and the employee told me they hadn't started my order. Apparently, they don't staff the printing department on Tuesdays or Thursdays. I asked when they would complete my order, and they said their printing employee comes in around 3pm. That is too late! This order needed to be completed and mailed out this morning. The manager told me I should just call ahead and confirm. I tried that. Their phone doesn't work. It says the store is closed and won't let you leave a message. I tried calling around 8:30am and 9am. The store opens at 8. I went to the store around 9:30 and guess what? They're open. This location is extremely unprofessional and I would tell anyone to avoid this store at all costs. I don't understand why one of the other employees couldn't just print my order. It's a printer. It's not rocket science. My order was standard, too. Just 25 regular paper packets printed and stapled. Next time I'll just buy my own printer ink! Complete waste of nearly $50 and days of my time.

They never have stuff available in the printing department to bind one book, and whoever is there always claim, that either have no time to bind at that moment, or they don't know how to do it! I can't submit this work online, because I already have my own printed materials. It would take 5 to 10 minutes max to complete! Extremely bad service is here! I do not recommend coming here. It's waist of time!
