Second time I tried to have items printed and laminated at this Staples and each time the items were put aside and forgotten. Called to get updates and put on hold and guess what I was forgotten about. On hold for 20 min and just hung up snd tried again. This time I asked for the manager and guess what? Same exact thing. Unbelievable! For printing and lamination I would not recommend this store.

I was second in line and patiently waiting to be assisted by an employee when another customer arrived to make a UPS return. To my surprise, the employee assisted that customer first, even though I had been waiting longer and was next in line. This caused a delay for me, and I had a time-sensitive appointment to get to by 7:30 PM. I’m not writing this to get the employee in trouble, but I do believe this situation could have been handled more fairly and professionally. I hope that appropriate steps will be taken to provide additional training or guidance to help avoid similar experiences in the future.
