  Highly unprofessional, my package was opened and the items were stolen, I’m sick of tired of this nonsense from them, I’m going to seek legal action, highly unacceptable!!!!

  Dear customers, I am writing to inform you about the service and the workers of this facility. On January 30 2026, I sent my university and school documents to the university in Arizona. The next day, I noticed that my shipment was labeled as "hazardous material" in my phone. I came to the office to find out about the possible cause and to understand what can be done in this situation. I talked to the same employee, named Peter. He did not provide any help or what can be done even in the most deneral terms. Confused what to do next, I started explaining my situation to another customer, who also was going to ship his documents. Peter intervened, came in close proximity and forcefully removed me from the store without any explanation or justification. I consider this conduct of behavior to be unnecessary, inappropriate, humiliating and below any level of unprofessionalism, especially since my had "shipment exception" for false reason and no alternative support or next steps offered. Come here at your own risk!

  Alx the store manager is awesome. He went out of his way to assist me with a scan. I had no idea what I was asking for. He knew. He had an excellent solution for my problem. Definitely great customer service and great results

  Mayra is incredibly attentive and kind! 💫 She quickly helped with printing and neatly trimmed all the certificates. Very responsible, detail-oriented, and pleasant to communicate with. Thank you for your help — everything looked professional and beautiful!
