At Forest preserve location, I walked in on 9/07/25 and the store attendant did mention he was backed up but will get to them the next day as requested. That’s all is needed fair and clear communication and you get my 5 stars review. The next day I come back and he had the job completed. Thank you for your hard work and clear communication setting expectation. I highly appreciate it. Unlike the other store. Thank you 👏👏👏👏👏And get this attendant an extra help.

Also, when Patrons say thank you, "you're welcome" would be nice. Or hire more staff. For that attitude I'll go to the library & print for free.
