Its been almost a month since I've submitted a missing mail search. Im not even sure but they lost my package and there's not even anyone I can talk to besides customer support that is in no correlation to this location. Please don't use this post office unless you want lost packages lol. I hope I see my package one day.. or not..
- EEeileenFeb 7, 20261.0They don’t answer the phone. I tried to ask about my package because i didn’t want to get charged for it since its not a proper mailing box but a moving box. But I called and it just rang and rang and then it just sounded like a dead phone (like when someone hangs up on you and you hear that beeping). The in-person service is amazing, been there a couple times and i was in and out in seconds, i just wish they would answer their phone.

Shelly was the only person in the front, and while able to attend to everyone who came in, she was the best help I could've asked for. She knew exactly how to set it up, walked me through each step, and made sure I had my shipping label downloaded and able to email to my shipper. 5 🌟
