If I could leave 0, I would. We made a passport appointment for our 8 month old baby with a photo. When we get there, they told us the camera has been down for a month. Why wouldn't anyone contact us, we drove in the biggest snow to get there for no reason. It's unacceptable and ridiculous. This should have been noted somewhere when we made the appointment. And om tip of it the workers there were absolutely indifferent. Horrible horrible horrible. Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

The Glenview Post Office could really use some improvement. While a few employees are friendly and try to help, the overall experience is often frustrating — long lines, slow service, and limited staffing make even simple errands take much longer than they should.
The parking situation doesn’t help either, and the self-service machines aren’t always working properly. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not smooth or efficient. Hopefully, with a bit more organization and attention to customer service, this location could get back on track.
