- CCChronoNov 1, 20252.0The Glenview Post Office could really use some improvement. While a few employees are friendly and try to help, the overall experience is often frustrating — long lines, slow service, and limited staffing make even simple errands take much longer than they should. The parking situation doesn’t help either, and the self-service machines aren’t always working properly. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not smooth or efficient. Hopefully, with a bit more organization and attention to customer service, this location could get back on track.

Even under pressure, they're efficient with moving the lines when it gets busy, and most times I can get in and out quickly without any hassle. Most importantly, I get a smile and a thank you for stopping in. I always feel welcome to return again and again.

- OAOlivia De AnaAug 14, 20255.0I was expecting staff who were surly, irked, and overall unfriendly. I received Daiquiri (sp?), who was the literal opposite +100 of my first sentence. She was so helpful, cheerful, competent, and amazing that I will tell people who live on the southside of Chicago to go to Niles to handle their post office needs. I am going to post this review on multiple sites so people can get the competent and kind governmental services our taxes pay for, and so that Daiquiri and her co-worker (I didn't work with him, but heard him working very kindly with 2 confused customers) receive raises if this federal administration would allow that in 2025.
