The lady does in fact smile, talk, and interact with my children every time I bring them in. She even offers them suckers. Everybody has bad days, but in my extended experience, that's not the norm by any means.
- MJmatt johnsonNov 18, 20191.0By far the worst service I have ever recieved from USPS. The old guy that works there is so disrespectful. Your job is not to disrespect your customers. I felt belittled by this man. I need a tracking number looked up from a lost receipt. Instead of trying to figure out how to resolve this for me I was corrected because I said ups instead of usps. Was made to feel irresponsible for misplacing a receipt. (Which is my fault not theirs) I was told there is no supervisor, no other point of contact for this office, and there is no customer service number for USPS that I can reach out to. I knew the date and time that I mailed it out. I was told there are way to many transactions to go through and even though I knew the date and time of my 1st visit. Thanks for making feel worse going out of your office than I did coming in. It's no wonder postal workers get a bad name is because of people like that in the New Baden USPS!!
