The one lady that’s always at the front is beyond rude and snobby and can’t ever help with anything. I’ve had more bad experiences with this post office then good. It’s sad I’m not a hard person to please. I just like good customer service and they don’t have it. I understand people have bad days but the people that work here are always like this no matter what day you go in. It’s like they hate their job and put it out on the customers.I usually always write good reviews. They really need to do better or get a nicer greeter at the front desk that has good customer service skills.

The lady does in fact smile, talk, and interact with my children every time I bring them in. She even offers them suckers. Everybody has bad days, but in my extended experience, that's not the norm by any means.
