Bonnie is always helpful there. She does an amazing job! Any issue I have had she looks into it for me! The new postmaster there is great as well. He is very friendly and is always willing to help! I love going to this post office!

Terrible post office. I dread anytime I have to go in when I have a problem with my mail. The one lady that’s always at the front is beyond rude and snobby and can’t ever help with anything. I’ve had more bad experiences with this post office then good. It’s sad I’m not a hard person to please. I just like good customer service and they don’t have it. I understand people have bad days but the people that work here are always like this no matter what day you go in. It’s like they hate their job and put it out on the customers.I usually always write good reviews. They really need to do better or get a nicer greeter at the front desk that has good customer service skills.

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I’ve gone here several times to drop off wedding invitations, thank you cards, packages, etc. and every time I dread interacting with the lady at the desk. If you get a greeting at all it’s not a very friendly one. The lady looks like she doesn’t even want to be there and seems to have a permanent grimace plastered on her face. She doesn’t try to interact with my child or anything. She takes your package, rings you out, and that’s it. Today, I got a tall older gentleman. I went there to drop a package off and that’s it. I came in at 12:05 (yes I am aware that they have a lunch hour) the door was open and I stood in line behind a couple getting their passports. After waiting in line for 5-10 minutes, the man at the desk looks at me and tells me that they are closed for lunch. I say okay and linger for a moment. He then proceeds to tell me I can leave. Normally I would be understanding but I’m 8 months pregnant, I had one hand on my package, and the other was struggling to hold on to my 2 1/2 old toddler. I am fed up with this post office. The customer service is pathetic and absolutely nonexistent. Drive to another location and save yourself a bad day.
