Tracking number shows that the rural carrier tried to deliver a package 3 days in a row and left a notice in the mailbox. NO THEY HAVE NOT! If it was possible to leave negative stars I would! Rural delivery is a joke! Someone needs to be replaced!

In the past 7-8 months of living in Neponset, this post office has managed to lose all but one of the many water bills that had been mailed by the village. The rural carrier drives a 4x4 Jeep but will not deliver if there is even the slightest bit of mud. Mud that my front wheel, two wheel drive Malibu can go through with ease and has no problem getting through. The whole motto of "through rain sleet or snow" does not apply here. There is a reason this particular mail carrier has a reputation as a worthless carrier, and she undoutably lives up to it. If I could give a half a star rating I would.

I have to update from my last review. It was negative with one star. The service has increased. We now have Rob delivering our rural mail and he does an excellent job. Please know we appreciate and value you service. Thank you!

I receive mail that's three months late regularly and find out from people around town that get my mail.
