- LCLizzie Cortes2 days ago1.0I came in to try and return my Amazon package that was in a box and they told me I had to put it in a box. I let them know that the package arrived that way and they were completely unhelpful. The lady who was there was complaining about dealing with Amazon returns and how some people “lack comprehension skills” right as I walked in. Rest assured this location is terrible with customer service. I went to the ups location a few miles down and they were able to take care of my return without a problem.
- TKThomas Krzmarzick3 days ago1.0A new low of customer service and cheapskate owner at 75th / Springbrook Prairie. This location has individual strips of tape that they now try to sell you for a few bucks each when you bring in an Amazon return in it’s original packaging, brown exterior box and all. A single 56 yard roll of packing tape is $6 retail so that’s a 5000% mark up and very obnoxious. Amazon paid UPS $10.7B in 2024 for this contract and this greedy franchise owner charges to close the boxes. Choose a different local store as this isn’t standard practice for all locations.
