Called for help with a missing package and got hung up on because the apparent manager (?) didn't want to answer questions. My carrier is awesome and also shit happens. My 75 dollar package is missing and you called me and I called back for answers. Hanging up on your community members is gross. This is why I go out of my way to go to the lisle office

I just spent over 30 minutes waiting for service and barely got half way through the line. I had to leave to go pick up the girls.
They only have 1 window open for regular service and 1 other doing passports.
I should not have to allot over an hour to mail a package. Ridiculous

I’d like to give a shout out to Tony at this usps location…one of the very best window clerks at this location. He’s my go to guy when it comes to questions etc. I don’t mail out of this location as I work at Oswald’s CPU…and I mail at Oswald’s 88 w gartner in Naperville. We have two pick ups a day Monday thru Friday (11:00 and 3:00) and one pick up on Saturday. Store hours for Oswald’s are Monday-Friday 9-8 and Saturday/Sunday 9-6….. Thanks you to Tony in Naperville and thank you to Andre our pick up driver who picks up our mail at Oswald’s. Give Oswald’s a try…you won’t be sorry.

The man who's working at the passport counter ( indian origin ) is terrible and unprofessional. Acting like he is the president of united states. We went there for my kids passport renewal and every time we were there he made us and our kids really uncomfortable.he can clearly see our kids are ours and have all the proof and documents and still overacting like we kidnapped somebody else's kids.weired.

We had a highly unprofessional experience during a scheduled passport appointment for our young children. We arrived 20 minutes early, fully prepared hoping for a smooth and quick process, while also intending to fill out the DS-11 forms on-site as we lacked printer access.
The staff’s conduct was unacceptable. They were consistently dismissive and rude, not only to us but to every customer present. Most concerning was the lack of professional boundaries. They were openly mocking us for following the instructions on a framed sign in their own lobby. This sign directed us to a QR code for a digital DS-11 to be completed and printed, yet when we followed those directions, we were told they "couldn't print" the forms.
Whether the issue was a technical failure, misunderstanding, or a lack of proper technology, the response from staff should never be to laugh at a client. This behavior is unacceptable given that these are federal workers handling my family’s sensitive, private legal documents. The attitude and dismissiveness prior to and after this “incident” didn’t make our appointment any better.
To conclude the appointment by asking us to rate our experience after being treated with such open condescension was tone-deaf and emphasized the total failure in customer service at this location. The only reason why I gave it 1 star was because it went quickly after standing in line for quite some time after our scheduled appointment time. We will not be returning.
