After waiting for about five minutes, a staff member named Toni called me over. He informed me that the package needed to be wrapped before it could be sent back. I told him I’d get it wrapped and return later, but he stopped me and kindly offered some duct tape so I could wrap it right there. It was very cold outside, so his gesture really meant a lot to me. I truly appreciated his help — thank you, Mr. Toni!
