Went to mail to Dubai. I kept saying there is no zip code to Dubai. There is a clerk in training, Biju, I think, kept insisting on information. He could have entered zeros. Spent more than half hour and came back with package. Train people with minimum knowledge. Was able to mail at another usps in few min. So incompetent

I stopped in yesterday morning to return a package - I had the label created and the item packaged. I asked the front desk women if she can secure the label down a little bit more for me, and she told me I had to buy tape. Fast forward, I buy tape, and secure the label myself. The women at the front desk was extremely rude and she grabbed the tape and threw it down to scan it and had an attitude. Very unpleasant experience - won't go back to that location.

We came to apply for a passport for our child. Before we could even start talking, the employee already started talking rudely to us. I have never felt so uncomfortable. No one has ever treated me like that. We never submitted the application because she said we needed another appointment because we had not filled out the application in advance and we had to fill it out on the spot. I did everything, then we still had to fill out a form about losing our passport. She gave us a copy and told us to reschedule for tomorrow. In another department, we also filled out everything on the spot and no one chased me away. I strongly advise against coming there if you do not want to be served rudely! I read the review below and someone had a similar case of rude communication from an employee. I will not go back there again!!!
