I am leaving this review to share a very upsetting and unprofessional experience my mom and I had during my scheduled passport appointment at this USPS location. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. We arrived 15 minutes early, to complete the DS-11 form in person, because I had a question about it and didn’t want to make a mistake when filling it out at home. The question was about whether I should mark myself as a student or employed, since I am both working and studying. At 11:03 a.m., the employee assigned to passport services, Matthew, asked what time our appointment was. I told him it was at 11:00 a.m. He looked at the clock, said nothing, turned around, and walked away. We later found out he went on break during our scheduled appointment time, without any explanation. When my mom asked about it, he told me it was “not my business” when he takes his break. We were left standing there confused, with no help, during our own appointment window. Later, another employee, Diana, arrived around 11:08 a.m. Instead of helping us, she took other customers who were scheduled ahead of us at 11:15 and continued serving them past my appointment time. During the time that was supposed to be my appointment, they were helping other people and went over time with them. I was otherwise ready, but with only 2 people at the desk I couldn’t even tell them I was ready, because Diana was busy with someone else. I was ignored, and could have had my appointment done on time if I was even spared a glance. After that, while it was still technically the appointment time of those people who were ahead of us and were taken during my appointment time, my mom and I were made to stand in the middle of an empty store “in case” customers with an appointment 15 minutes later might not show up and then they will be able to service me. The store was empty, there was time, and yet our appointment was completely ignored. Somehow, people who were not even there were treated with more respect than us. I have never experienced disrespectful treatment like this, especially for simply trying to make sure official documents were filled out correctly during my own appointment time. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management takes it seriously so no one else is treated this way.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and unprofessional conduct of two USPS employees, Diana and Matthew, during our passport appointment at your post office. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. We arrived 15 minutes early, as recommended, to complete the passport application form. My daughter completed the form, but had one clarification question regarding whether she should mark herself as a student or employed, as she is both working and studying. At 11:03 a.m., Matthew, who was assigned to passport services, asked what time our appointment was. We answered that it was at 11:00 a.m. He looked at the time, said nothing, turned around, and walked away. We later learned that he went on break during our scheduled appointment time, without explanation. When asked about this, he stated that it was “not our business” when he takes his break. We were left standing confused, with no assistance. Later, employee Diana arrived. My daughter politely asked her the same clarification question regarding the form. At that time, it was 11:10 a.m. Instead of assisting us, Diana chose to take other customers with an 11:15 appointment, effectively skipping us during our own appointment window. After those customers left, the post office lobby was completely empty — only my daughter and I were present. Despite this, we were still refused service, with the explanation that they were “waiting for the next clients,” even though no other customers were present in the building. The behavior we experienced was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Because of this situation, we left the post office in tears. I was shaking, my blood pressure rose, and the stress caused significant physical distress. I have never experienced treatment like this in the United States before. I respectfully but firmly request that management: • Investigate this incident thoroughly • Review the conduct of employees Diana and Matthew • Take appropriate disciplinary action • Ensure that customers with scheduled appointments are treated with respect and professionalism This situation was entirely avoidable and reflects very poorly on USPS customer service standards.

Milton the employee who is working has zero customer service experience, so tough and no smiling and he deserve this bad review and I will escalate to the top management since you need to hire people with customer service experience.

Went to mail to Dubai. I kept saying there is no zip code to Dubai. There is a clerk in training, Biju, I think, kept insisting on information. He could have entered zeros. Spent more than half hour and came back with package. Train people with minimum knowledge. Was able to mail at another usps in few min. So incompetent
