    This place is ridiculous I put my contents in the cardboard box it came in and took it here to ship I just asked him to put a tape where the 12”x8” box was open and they asked me to buy a tape or they will charge 2$ for that What kind of store charges a customer to put a tape of 8”? Done with this store

    I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store thanks to Shari. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely hardworking. What really stood out was her ability to help multiple customers at the same time without inconveniencing anyone—including me. She stayed calm, organized, and attentive throughout the entire process. It’s rare to see someone manage a busy counter so smoothly while still making every customer feel taken care of. Shari is a huge asset to this location, and her work ethic does not go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be coming back because of service like this.

    I wanted to share how disappointing my experience was on Saturday when I went to drop off my Amazon return on a very cold day.  My package was larger (a set of 24 plates) and I had to make 2 trips due to how heavy it was and carried in 2 large boxes.  There was another customer in when I came in and two employees that didn't bother to help me until I had to ask for help and the young man seemed to be "put out to help." Once I assembled my packages and shared my code I was informed by (I believe his name was) Hyden said he could not accept my package since it was not taped.  I asked him if he could put a piece of tape on my box and he said no and I would have to take it back.  I struggled to get this package from my vehicle to the store (with no help from the employees) and now he is telling me he cannot put a piece of tape on my box.  He told me it would be $2.00 and of course I paid for the convenience. I know I did not spend any money during this visit on Saturday but since the store has been opened I have used the UPS services for printing, packages, etc since my husband has a small business and has spent thousands of dollars in this store.  I was floored by the principal charging me for a piece of tape and this experience has left me with no choice but to never use your services again.  As a small business owner you are supporting your customers in your community and not "nickel and diming" for things like a 1 piece of packing tape. A little help would have gone a long way instead of mediocre customer service.  I am sure your store does very well and you could care less but reviewing your google reviews your service has a lot to be desired.
