  I have been going to this UPS for years, but will no longer return. Staff, Kathy in particular, is rude, not friendly, and unhelpful. I’d rather drive a little further than have to content with a poor experience.

  Pathetic service. I had a return label with box, but this store person won’t accept it. Forcing me to buy a new box. Pathetic service.

  Worst drop off place in Naperville! Wouldn't help me seal the box even though I offered to pay him two dollars. Only needed about a 12 inch piece of tape. Instead, the RUDE old man makes me buy a six dollar roll of overpriced tape, which I will never use the rest of. HE LITERALLY LAUGHED AT ME! Absolutely the last time I come here. There are plenty of other drop offs equally as close to me with nice people that don't try and rip me off. I would never come back to this place for any product or service until they figure out client service. Lastly your responses to other people all complaining about the same rude guy and lousy service are ridiculous. Try making a change instead of making stupid replies!

  This used to be my go-to for any shipping. I will not go here again. I spent an hour and a half and talked to eight different people at UPS because this store told me they could not do anything for a lost package. When I finally called back after being told that they had to file the claim I call back and all the sudden oh they could help me. I've also noticed that the customer service people are not very helpful or or have any sense of trying to help the customer.
