ABSOLUTELY INSANE.. $5 for 1 page A4 black&white print out. The store person told the ups changed rules. $5 print fee + printing cost, if you decide to print at ups...

The cheapest and most insincere location of u p s stores in the entire area. The only location that's unwilling to help you with a piece of tape or a label or have any mercy on you If it's not packaged perfectly, and this has happened to me multiple times at this location. They wanted to charge me five dollars to reprint a label.Because mine was crinkled. Was also told that my box was not taped enough and wanted to charge me two dollars for 1 piece of tape from the roll sitting on counter. Avoid at all costs. Go elsewhere

I used to enjoy going to this store until recently. Now, when you bring an item to return, the person tells you to show the item so he can scan it, then he tells you to put the item into a package that you bring, tape the package.....with packing tape that you bring because they will not tape it or provide tape. Then he scans the return code on your phone. I don't know if this is standard procedure at all UPS stores, but I know that in the past, the person would scan the code on my phone and accept the packaged item

Unfortunately, UPS guaranteed delivery of my package by Monday, but it wasn’t delivered until Thursday—with no explanation or rationale for the delay. I paid $353 to ensure Monday delivery, not three days after Monday. This UPS Store (a franchisee) agreed that a refund was appropriate, but when UPS denied the refund without explanation, the store refused to honor it themselves, saying, “It hurts me as a small business owner.” It’s disappointing that this small business owner is happy to operate under the UPS brand when it benefits her, but not when UPS fails to deliver. In the end, the customer loses—and the store keeps the profit
