I called back, it took another 15 minutes for someone to answer. So instead of asking my question, I cancelled my order because I’m not dealing with a store that can’t be bothered. Two days after the order was scheduled to be completed, I received a message from this stupid store saying my order was ready for pick up. Most useless store ever. Never ever going there again. If i could give a -10 score i would. Worst experience ever!!!

I quickly learned that I was one of many and stores across the country were (and still are) getting 80 - 100 orders per DAY. This puts a lot of pressure on store staff and I unfortunately witness several interactions where customers were frustrated. This did not deter folks in the Naperville store (specifically Mars and Mike), who were incredibly kind and professional during what is clearly an overwhelming time. It’s rare to see people maintain this level of warmth under pressure, and I hope Staples leadership recognizes how much value employees like Mars and Mike bring to the company. They turned a delayed order into a genuinely positive experience—and that says a lot.
