    I visited this location to ship my Apple trade-in iPhone using the prepaid kit Apple sent me. The moment the employee saw the package, he told me there was a $12 charge to ship iPhones because Apple had sent the wrong packaging to everyone, so FedEx needed to repackage it. I did not ship the phone and instead contacted Apple. Apple confirmed the packaging was correct and that I shouldn’t be charged anything.

    I don’t post many reviews but the A+++ customer service here compelled me. I needed to get a package shipped and use the Printers and I was greeted quickly, helped with the things I was there for, and they checked in to make sure everything was working okay. I have had unremarkable experiences at places like Staples in the past, but this will be my new go-to for printing needs!
