    Like others, I stopped by to ship my IPhone trade in using the packaging and label provided by Apple. The FedEx Office employee said it would be $12 per phone, because they need to repackage. I went to Walgreens and they accepted with no problems. Apple stated the packaging they sent is correct, and there should not be any charge by FedEx. Unbelievable that FedEx Office operates like this. Plenty of other office supplies stores.

    I visited this location to ship my Apple trade-in iPhone using the prepaid kit Apple sent me. The moment the employee saw the package, he told me there was a $12 charge to ship iPhones because Apple had sent the wrong packaging to everyone, so FedEx needed to repackage it. I did not ship the phone and instead contacted Apple. Apple confirmed the packaging was correct and that I shouldn’t be charged anything.
