  Went to drop off a box. The employee which I'm guessing is the owner, was not friendly at all. Not that I care about that, but the bigger red flag was the disorganization of the store and the broken door still not fixed. I won't go back there because owners like this deserve to go out of business. My suggestion would be to invest in the store, and stop being so lazy.

  How do you work a ups store and don’t know how to operate a printer. This old man can barely see and is ver rude. Please go to the ups at libertyville or Vernon hills to print. He is tired of life !

  Do not even think to go anywhere else if you need printing services! The very best experience with extremely helpful staff, 10 times cheaper than KINKOS.
