After waiting for two weeks with no updates, I visited the post office for help. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter was completely uninterested in assisting me. She simply told me that USPS is not responsible for international shipping and that I had to call somewhere else to locate the package myself. I paid USPS around $18 for shipping, yet they refuse to take any responsibility for the package going missing. My customer is now demanding a refund, and I am left with no support from USPS. This is unacceptable service

A package I sent out The manger is very rude on the phone and his staff had to help me with finding where a package sent out 2 weeks ago is. It took me 20 minutes of forcing him to assist me, and his employee having to help… and then mid help hanging up on me. After a combined 40 minutes now, I have more information. Thank you to the employee with more knowledge than the manager at this location. Horrible. Will now be driving out of my town to send out packages. Do not send packages out from here, they don’t deserve your money.
