  Went to drop off a box. The employee which I'm guessing is the owner, was not friendly at all. Not that I care about that, but the bigger red flag was the disorganization of the store and the broken door still not fixed. I won't go back there because owners like this deserve to go out of business. My suggestion would be to invest in the store, and stop being so lazy.

  Went to pick up an online order that was supposed to be free for store pickup (it was an item that I didn’t want it to be stolen and had an option for local pickup). The older employee, Tom, tried to charge a holding fee. When I explained it should be free, he said, “If you don’t want to pick it up, then don’t,” and threw my package in the back even though I relayed it was an expensive item. I confirmed with the retailer later that no fees should have been charged. Completely unacceptable behavior and terrible customer service from Tom.

  How do you work a ups store and don’t know how to operate a printer. This old man can barely see and is ver rude. Please go to the ups at libertyville or Vernon hills to print. He is tired of life !

  The best UPS store in the area, the owners and staff are always friendly and helpful.
