- KFKyle FairJun 19, 20181.0They tore an envelope that had official college transcripts the envelope said fragile and it arrived torn open, had to request a replacement because they are not official if they've been opened, I asked the post office to be more carefull next time, however I just got a photo delivered that said do not fold on the envelope , it was crammed into my mailbox and its was folded. Don't ship USPS they don't care enough if your mail arrives intact
