    Worst postal office in the entire world. They lose your package and do everything in their power to not help you. What a disgrace. Don’t even bother trying to get in contact, you’ll spend more time in just trying to reach a human only to end up spending 3 wasted days on useless automation and unwilling, and incompetent employees. You’re a joke

    Employee named Paul( Asian guy) very bad service. Was just reading previous reviews and everyone says bad service by this guy… Federal dept should take a look into his customer service attitude. He treats people like he doesn’t even care. Not even and Hi or Thank you. It a federal service and someone should look into these services. This is why people chose other delivery services. Service matters in the USA no matter whatever country you come from. And the worst part is he itself pick the option “GOOD “, wheh they ask How was your experience today? Customers are supposed to pick that option. It was my turn and i went to his counter, and he was changing his printer paper , and he yelled at me saying “Stay over there”” Not even a “please” or “can you please “. No matter how much seniority you have therr, be polite and show character.
