When I ask for help at the FedEx Office, they tell me to call Customer Service. At Customer Service, they hang up on me. When I left a Door Tag and a note to just leave the item at my door, no one left it. This package has been traveling all over Illinois. And now I don’t even know what to do. I absolutely do not recommend this postal service!!!
