- TTT tOct 9, 20251.0We never requested for our packages to be "held at the post office" as they continually like to say and we have had to pick them up for a couple of years now. We do not have a locked coded gate as they also like to say at times as an excuse not to deliver packages to our house. We have a bigger than average mailbox but so many times they still keep our small packages at the post office so we have to pick them up. Yes, we have spoken to them numerous times about this. FedEx and UPS have no problems delivering any size packages to our house. Now, today, the tracking shows my 2 packages have been "put in a po box at the post office." ...??... *We do not have a po box*

I saw one of the postal workers and thought to myself ....what a perfect person to ask for direction. Little did i know that this lady postal worker would turn out to be a absolutely wonderful person ......she took the time to go out of her way to help me find my way with a smile ! Big shout out to the mt carroll postal workers ! Thank you for all u do!
