Literally no one to help and most of the time has ZERO staff working the front desk. Typically have to wait at least 10 minutes for anyone to check the customers lining up. Government employees who truly don’t care. Fire the entire lot and start again.

The tall worker with the glasses that works behind the desk was not only NOT helpful, but he was extremely rude and condescending. Customers ask questions if they don't know something or need help, and he was dismissive and he disrespectfully pointed to where I was to go like a dog and acted annoyed at any little thing even though I was polite. He was this way with others too not just me. Extremely unprofessional and I won't be back.

The same PERSON: Rude, aggressive, loud and disrespectful to everyone, the guy behind the counter. Doesn’t want to help or perform his job, then why USPS has assigned him for a job which he doesn’t like it. Uses tactics to make a delay so your appointment time gets passes, so he will have a reason that your appointment time has passed. I was there with all my required documents as he saw me and then went inside and start talking on phone. He charged twice for my passport as he said the first transaction did not went through. As I see on my bank transaction which is already charged in fact he can’t handle the computer and making mistake after mistake . Then telling me you can comeback another time until the problem gets resolved, I told him to charged me again as I don’t want to come again as I have to take day off from my office and its very easy for you to tell the person comeback and make the appointment. At one time he was yelling a female customer that don’t talk otherwise I am going to call the cops on you, I mean what????? And worst part is he presses the SERVEY KEY by himself and give himself the friendly smiley emojy and does not let the customer give a feedback. Can someone from USPS management tell me what is that?
Can any one from USPS official take an action and send him to learn customer service or it will go the way it is, I mean every customers will suffer the same.

I made a passport appointment 2 weeks in advance, got a call in the morning and missed it. They left me a message that said "Morton Grove, Post Office, Passport" Very unspecific, didn't think anything of it. Went to my appointment 10 minutes early just to be told our appointment got cancelled and they sent a message. The lady at the front desk was working with an airpod in and didn't even acknowledge me when I nicely told her that our message was very unspecific and we couldn't have known. Overall bad experience and bad employees, save your time and go somewhere else.
