So I had a package intercepted because I entered the wrong address. I go to the post office and get nothing but attitude from the clerk. She tells me she doesn't know anything, that another company does the intercept. I tell her my info and she turns around and one minute later there is my package. The lady before me had to fight too. I just wanted my package, not to fight about it.

10 people in line waiting. 1 post office employee working the counter. Zero rush, doesn't care, doesn't call up another employee to help. This exactly why people go to UPS and FedEx. USPS sucks

Me and my mom come here a lot and we have both experienced the same issue. I always send out my packages with prepaid labels. I ALWAYS try to go to the kiosk just to get a receipt. So I don’t have to wait in line. Since it’s the holidays the kiosk had a line. So I figured why not just go to the front desk. No line there. I go and the first thing the lady told me was “you can always get a receipt at the kiosk” Well no shit, you saw me waiting there for a bit. Is it really that hard to just give me a receipt. Literally only takes a few seconds out of your day. She has told this to me and my mom several times. I always try to avoid the front desk when I can so I don’t have to deal with this lady, sometimes there is a line though so for a quicker checkout I’ll go to the desk. Shouldn’t be a problem but it is. I gave her attitude when she told me that cause that’s the same energy she gave off. I don’t have this problem anywhere else. Just here, but unfortunately this post office is the closest.
