- 4M4 Man4 days ago1.0So I had a package intercepted because I entered the wrong address. I go to the post office and get nothing but attitude from the clerk. She tells me she doesn't know anything, that another company does the intercept. I tell her my info and she turns around and one minute later there is my package. The lady before me had to fight too. I just wanted my package, not to fight about it.

I ALWAYS try to go to the kiosk just to get a receipt. So I don’t have to wait in line. Since it’s the holidays the kiosk had a line. So I figured why not just go to the front desk. No line there. I go and the first thing the lady told me was “you can always get a receipt at the kiosk” Well no shit, you saw me waiting there for a bit. Is it really that hard to just give me a receipt. Literally only takes a few seconds out of your day. She has told this to me and my mom several times. I always try to avoid the front desk when I can so I don’t have to deal with this lady, sometimes there is a line though so for a quicker checkout I’ll go to the desk. Shouldn’t be a problem but it is. I gave her attitude when she told me that cause that’s the same energy she gave off. I don’t have this problem anywhere else. Just here, but unfortunately this post office is the closest.
