- JDJennifer Rebecca DavisJun 9, 20251.0While in town, my husband and I stopped here to mail a package. There were two male postal workers at the front desk. Neither were in a rush to help. The first one asked what I needed, and upon handing him the small package I needed mailed, he handed it back to me. He let me know he could not help me because he did not have receipt tape in his machine. I could see he was involved in his own task behind the counter. He could have told me he could not assist me, instead of taking my package and then handing it back to me. I stepped over to the second attendant who did not make me feel welcome, but rather acted like I was bothering him. He took my package and read aloud what the screen in front of me was showing as far as parcel contents. Once my transaction was complete, he never said thank you or anything as far as customer service was concerned. I would definitely recommend that these two guys receive some sort of customer service classes very soon.

Extremely rude, I called there as she advised me to do if I was still having pick up issues, and instead of helping to resolve the issue kept saying that the carriers aren't allowed to enter your home. THEY ARE NOT ENTERING MY HOME!! I have glass door my packages sit behind that is just open, pull the tote and close the door they do not have to put one foot on my porch. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! she should be fired. I'm sorry but this post office used to be really good with amazing carriers and customer service people, I'm guessing attrition has taken place and this new manager should go back to mcdonald's where she came from because she's awful!
