I am a nurse in customer service only more personal, and when I go to Fed ex I expect people to be curteous that are working, but I guess that is not the way it is. She started out seeming to be nice and then I just don't know. I went to Fed ex to do 2 things and I am sorry if the first took to long, but that is ATT returns for you!! I am not a regular customer just when I need to go, but super disappointed, when I am leaving and I say thank you, have a nice day and she says not one word!!! Wow is all I can say, and I don't know why we do reviews because nothing ever changes anyway, people still act the same way and the businesses don't care about the reflection it has on them because it is fed ex a big corporation. They have nothing to worry about, people need their services. It is a shame is all I can say!!

He is incredibly condescending and shockingly rude. I find it bewildering that he gets away with treating customers as a burden. I took the same issue to FedEx Ship Center on 41st street, and they were invaluable with a solution Doug claimed was impossible. I have never felt compelled to leave a bad review anywhere, but Doug insisted I was the only one who felt this way.
