- JJJ JDec 26, 20251.0Even if your name is on your mail, but if that stupid 3 digit # isn't on it they will send it back. I had a important letter that was sent on the 4th and it just arrived today 26. Didn't have the 3 digit # so was probably sent back at one point. Because of this I had to go threw the trouble of closing things out and updating stuff. They're always siting on their phones and not doing anything or just talking. They need to wave that 3 digit # cause is screwing with people's bills and important letters.

The person at the desk insisted it had to go as foreign mail and would cost $84. Refused to look it up. Took the package to another local post office and it went as regular domestic priority mail for $19.30. I would avoid this post office at all costs!

We made an appointment online but no one notified us a head of time until the morning of our appointment that nobody would take us.
