- LKLauren KnefelApr 16, 20211.0One star solely for the post master do nothing. The rest of the employees are great and we’ve never had a problem with them. They all go above and beyond while this man condescends and talks over you like you’re five. It doesn’t matter that you’ve worked somewhere for 15 years it doesn’t give you some right to power trip for no reason when someone asks a question. Customer service is key. If I treated anyone the way he did today I’d be fired instantly. Just like I’m sure his employees would be too. Unprofessionalism at its finest. No wonder why people want the USPS defunded.
