The Impact Managed Services Call Center is a growing part of our Lake Forest campus. Close to the Impact headquarters, just off the Tri-State Tollway, this 12,00 sq.ft. building houses of our expanding support teams for multiple service areas.
Plans for our multi-tier support desk are still evolving. This central location will house all Help Desk Engineers across all of our managed services departments, including IT & Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Innovation, Marketing & Branding, and Print & Documents.
Customers generally enjoyed the food, noting it was fresh and tasty, although there were some complaints about specific items being cold or not prepared correctly.
