- CLCaring LocalFeb 21, 20261.0Horrible post office. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes before and had to call back to actually be spoken to. Incompetent employees. Nobody there wants to do their job. I have put in multiple package pick up requests on multiple dates and they never ever pick them up. Some packages need to arrive at their destination by a certain day, but these people don’t care. I don’t understand why USPS hires people like these for important jobs.
- SGSarai GFeb 18, 20261.0They need more staff that can handle taking passports. Marietta disclosed that they haven't taken passport walk-ins in this location for 2 MONTHS! Poor old lady needs to retire she said she was overwhelmed so she couldn't take me as a walk-in SMH. 🫠
