Just want to be clear anyone who have issue with package. GO IN THE MORING, SUPERVISOR PATRICIA IN THE MORING KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BETTER THAN THE SUPERVISOR WHO CLOSE. Worst customer server. The manager or supervisor don’t care. Keep telling the lady my package and mail are going missing. The weird part is only with the USPS. Other carrier mail or package arrive expect the USPS. The only thing goes missing are my work check and value item on the package.

This place is the worst office I’ve ever been to. The customer service level is non-existent. Unhelpful and the manager seems to have no care in the world. If she’s so unhappy she needs to quit and get a job that does make her happy. I’m a supervisor and when a customer is explaining an ongoing issue to you it’s your duty to try everything in your power to go above and beyond to resolve their issue. I came to office to inquire about my missing packages and I’m being genuine when I say people don’t steal packages from our building. It’s a nice neighborhood with honest people. Somehow my collectibles are gone. Stating it was delivered when it wasn’t. The manger basically cut me off with an attitude not taking responsibility for her company’s mistakes and saying someone stole our packages. They did not steal them I was home all day as soon as I got the notification that my package arrived I walked to my mailbox and my package was never there. I’m escalating this to cooperate. Something had to change. New manager new employees that actually care and maybe re-training on how to service a customer.

Doing business mailing with the Post Office is often challenging at best. Their systems & documentation forms can rattle the best educated & retentive individuals I know. It can ruin one's day! But today, I had the pleasure of meeting & working with Deborah who handles Bulk Mailing as allowed by Permit Mailing. OMG, if all Postal Workers were this patient & understanding the PO would have a much better reputation. I give Deborah 5 Stars+, but the PO systems still only a 1 Star. Deborah, thanks for making my visit a positive experience!!
